Contracts A contract is a legal agreement between two or more parties. It is also useful to make sure both partners agree to a basic understanding of the scope of the work to be accomplished.
Contracts are required for all jobs that involve additional repair to be complete. This would include such things as floor repair or replacement or drywall repair.
