Repair & Replacement
Below is a list of plumbing concerns and problems and when you should contact MZI for repair or replacement:

| "My water heater is leaking." |
replacing your water heater. There are a few situations that a leak can be repaired but when you call for service you'll want to discuss the replacement options. |
| "I have no hot water." |
repairing your water heater. All water heaters have replaceable parts and can be repaired if the tank isn't leaking. |
| "My toilet isn't flushing right." |
replacing your toilet. If your toilet seems clogged but doesn't overflow, it may be time to replace it, especially if it's more than 15 years old. |
| "My toilet keeps running." |
repairing your toilet. This is a common problem with older toilets and one that can usually be repaired. |
| "My faucet is leaking." |
repairing your faucet. Most faucets less than 25 years old have parts available and MZI carries most of these right on our service trucks to repair your faucets. |
| "My faucet has been repaired multiple times and it still leaks." |
replacing your faucet. Faucet bodies are made of brass and will eventually wear out or crack. At this point it's time to pick out a new one. |
| "My kitchen sink (or bathroom sink) doesn't stay clean anymore." |
replacing your sink. Sinks are made of all different kinds of material and many of the surfaces become scratched and porous after 15-20 years and allow dirt to settle in. The best thing to do when this happens is to replace your sink. |
| "My tub drain (or sink drain) doesn't hold water." |
repairing or replacing the drain. Sometimes drains can be repaired by replacing certain parts. Upon inspection our service technician can determine what needs to be done. |
| "I have a leaking drain pipe (or water pipe)." |
repairing or replacing the piping. Usually just a small section of pipe needs to be replaced to repair a leak. But sometimes this can be an indication of deteriorating piping, and more extensive piping replacement needs to be done. Our experienced technicians will be able to give you some options if this is suspected. |

Remodeling
Where to start:
Call or submit a request online to have an MZI estimator make arrangements to look at the job. You should begin first by contacting us because our estimator may be able to give some suggestions and help with the planning of the project.
How we can help:
We can arrange to do all work necessary to have your project completed code compliant, we can also make arrangements to have all permits pulled for the project.
The best start for the project is to contact us prior to doing any work yourself. We may be able to save you some time and money.
