Toilets

In the past years toilet technology has been changing and upgrading since reducing the usage of water from 3.5gallon toilets to government regulated 1.6gallon toilets. After designing the toilets to use less water the technology has now focused on the quality of the flushing action, which was compromised when the usage was reduced. Each company offering toilets today has to recognize the consumers desire to be assured of having a toilet that flushes without the nuisance of clogging.

We offer toilets from the following companies: Kohler, Toto and Vitra

Kohler has 4 different flushing systems

Ingenium – is a quiet, 1.6 gallon flush with a glazed trap way
Class 5 – the newest technology that has a unique tray way with a 3 ¼” flush valve
Power Lite toilets – has a motor and a pump to give more pressure to the flush. It is found in Kohler’s one piece line
Pressure Lite – a pressure flush toilet that is a tank within a tank give a powerful flush. It is louder than the other toilets so is generally not used in residential homes.

Kitchen Sinks

The kitchen has become a focal point in residential homes today. The kitchen that is chose can add just the right look to the overall design. Kitchen sinks are found in a variety of materials and designs. Stainless Steel, Enamel Covered Cast Iron, Corian or Swanstone kitchen sinks.

Stainless Steel has become a popular choice when choosing a granite or Corian top. Many times they are under mounted giving a different look. In choosing a stainless steel sink there are many sizes and styles to choose from. Elkay & Kohler are our top lines in stainless steel.

Enamel covered cast iron are beautiful sinks that are available in different colors. Kohler has many sizes and shapes to choose from. They come in a traditional drop in, under mount or a farm type sink.

Swanstone sinks have a wide variety of color choices as well as a very durable design. This sink is not as prone to stain and abrasive cleaners may be used if needed.

Corian is also available in a kitchen sink through Elkay.

Lavatories (Bathroom Sinks)

A lavatory bowl in a bathroom can add a lot of charm to your design. Kohler has an extensive line of pedestal; drop in, under-mount or vessel style lavatories. They are available in many colors and styles in china, cast iron, spun glass, and more.

Baths

Bathtubs come in all shapes and sizes. The old fashioned tub on legs has become a favorite for those who love a deep bath. Baths come in fiberglass, acrylic and cast iron. They are available as a one-piece tub & shower or in a multi-pieced tub & shower for the remodeled bathroom. Baths may be in a drop-in style or with an attached front apron. Kohler, Aker, Jacuzzi, Pearl, Sterling and Lasco are the companies we recommend.

Showers

Fiberglass, acrylic, Corian or Swanstone are your choices. A shower has become a standard for most Americans. They can be part of a tub & shower combination or by themselves. Showers are available in 32”, 36”, 48”, or 60”. Other sizes would be custom and are mostly done in tile or with Corian or Swanstone. Many colors are available. Brand names that we use are Kohler, Aker, Sterling and Lasco.

Whirlpools

Many baths are available as a whirlpool also. They are available in fiberglass or acrylic. Each company has unique whirlpool systems that distinguish them. Kohler has bubble action as well as offering in line heaters as an additional element. Lasco and Sterling also have comparable whirlpool systems. Pearl by Maax has a unique whirlpool action not found in the other companies.

Faucets

Over the years faucet choices have changed the most. They are always coming out with new designs and color finishes. Each company has their own style and design that give you many choices as you redecorate your bathroom or kitchen. Kohler, Moen and Delta are our main line of faucets and are on the cutting edge of new designs and finishes. Gerber also has a great line of faucets that are very durable and reliable.

Water Softeners

Waterfall has been our leading company for softeners, acid neutralizers and iron filters.

We sell two different types of water softeners. One unit has a computerized on demand activation system with the salt tank & brine tank all in one. The second unit has a mechanical activation system with the salt & brine tank separate.

We also sell RO systems for drinking water, UV lights to take out bacteria and filter systems. Whatever your water problems are we can help you decide on the best treatment plan.

Central Air Conditioning

In the past several years a quality shower has become very important. The showerheads have gotten larger and have become a focal point in choosing a faucet.
