What is "The Bath Barn"?
This is the name for MZI's showroom. The name was created with the company's roots in mind. MZI was established in 1968 in a barn in Lititz and has been family owned and operated ever since.

- Children's safari play area - so they can play while you shop!

What are the showroom hours?
Mon., Thurs., and Fri. ... 8:00-8:00p.m.
Tues. and Wed. ........... 8:00-5:30p.m.
Saturday .................... 8:00-4:00p.m.
Do you have a supply store?
Yes, with even a separate entrance marked "Parts Counter" which will take you directly into the supply area of the store.
Why should I visit The Bath Barn?
The Bath Barn gives customers the opportunity to see products, finishes and layouts before they make a purchase. It is a very helpful place to visit when you are doing your own remodeling project or if MZI is doing the project for you. We provide every customer with more choices, more ideas and more help.
We also recommend that you visit the KOHLER web site to view a variety of bathroom floor plans. This is a great resource to help you focus on the most important aspects of your remodel. And since The Bath Barn is a KOHLER Registered Showroom many of the products that you will view on their web site are readily available in the showroom.
What if I need a product right away?
MZI has various products In Stock for your convenience. Visit the showroom and look for the yellow star sign next to all products that are In Stock. Notice, though, that some are In stock for a Limited Time Only. Ask one of our knowledgeable Showroom Consultants for assistance and leave with your purchased product in hand.
